Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, all returns must be received within 15 days of the date you received it and you will receive store credit. Please email us at info@peachflair.com within 3 days of receipt of package to let us know you are returning your item. You must include a copy of the invoice and please state on the invoice the reason for return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. You are responsible for the cost of shipping it back. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return. You will receive store credit.

EXCHANGES

We cannot guarantee an exchange due to our limited quantities, so if we are out of stock on the item you wish to exchange, then you will receive store credit.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items; we recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item. If you have further question, please contact us (info@peachflair.com).

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately or within 3 days via email info@peachflair.com. We will ask that you send us pictures so we can follow up with our suppliers.
